How to Teach Your Children the Principle of Health and Harmony





One of the greatest gifts you can give your children is that of excellent health. Health is not just making good choices about the foods you eat. The quality of food you eat is just as important as the quality of the thoughts you think.
As you clear your mind of negative thinking habits, your body will respond by releasing the toxins that have been stored from negative emotions and thinking. Your children absorb your thoughts and the feelings that rule your world regardless of the face you show them day in and day out. They know what is going on in your world although they may not understand all of it. It is the feeling that they connect with and respond to.
When teaching your children the concept of good health, teach them by learning and practicing a harmonious life. Elevate your thinking to thoughts that will bring goodness into your life. This is the foundation of good health. The body is a template for your thoughts and emotions. If they are toxic and out of balance, then the body will naturally begin to reflect the toxicity of your thoughts and feelings. Children are brilliant and know more than we have given them credit to know. My two year old understands how to process anger and sad feelings. I have taught him techniques I use myself and teach my clients to release unwanted emotion so that he can respond differently. He is two years old and he knows how to release anger and frustration on his own. Every human being has the capacity and potential to do this.
If you take care of yourself emotionally and don’t let your thoughts and feelings get out of control even if it is a silent internal process, then you will have the clarity and awareness to teach your children the valuable life skill of health and harmony.
Take care of your body. Nurture it. Respect it. Do not feed it harmful things.
Take care of your mind. Reject thoughts that create a negative cycle and choose thoughts that bring joy into your life.
Take care of your emotions. Learn how to process them in a healthy way and release them so that they don’t get stuck in your body.
