Court order ..Shirin obliged to pay 5 thousand pounds to Mohsen Gaber
Producer Mohsen Gaber succeeded in obtaining a ruling from the court to compel an official singer Shireen Abdul Wahab to pay a fine of 5 thousand pounds in return for use of one of the songs owned by the company without obtaining official permission.
The Court of Misdemeanors economic Cairo yesterday fined Shirin 5 000 pounds in the civil lawsuit filed against the company the world of art to the competent civil court on charges of infringement of intellectual property rights for the company to sing the song "Tunis Beck," the singer rose produced by the applicant company without reference to or take consent, where was sentenced under the chairmanship of Advisor members advisers Baha Riad Hanan Dahrouj and Ahmed Ezzat main court and the secretary of Mr. Muhammad.
The company owner Jaber has the art world early last May filed a misdemeanor directly against Shirin claiming infringement of the song "Pick of Tunis" by the poet Omar Btihh and music by composer Salah Sharnoby sang by the singer Warda.
And returns events when Shirin singing the song "Bey of Tunis" in a program and earned all that money, which is punishable by Article 181 of Act 82 of 2002 on the protection of intellectual property rights of imprisonment and a fine.
