Liz Hurley's pash with Shane Warne could cost her millions

BUXOM beauty Liz Hurley's public pash with spin king Shane Warne could cost the model a substantial chunk of her multi-million-dollar fortune.
The flirty encounter that was caught on film in London last week forced Hurley to confirm her marriage to Indian businessman Arun Nayar was over.

Warne followed suit, announcing on Monday he too was single, with his on/off/on relationship with his ex-wife Simone Callahan officially over - again.

The split could mean Hurley faces a hefty divorce payout, with reports claiming she and Mr Nayar did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement before their lavish wedding ceremonies in India and Britain in 2007.

Hurley kept a low profile in London yesterday as Warne headed back to work filming his chat show, Warnie, at Channel Nine's Richmond studios.

The cricketing great made no mention of Hurley, nor his split with Callahan, but told his audience: "It has been a big week, just a little bit."

He added later: "I'm fine, my family is fantastic."

Warne had his eldest daughter, Brooke, in the studio audience and acknowledged her during the taping of the show that will be screened on Nine tomorrow night and features interviews with Jeremy Clarkson and Susan Boyle.
While Warne was turning on the charm for his audience in Melbourne, the London Sun claimed Hurley was besotted with the spinner.

It claimed the star had spent hours on the phone on Monday urging the sportsman to "come clean" on their budding romance.

Sources say it was Hurley who pursued Warne, charming him with her upper-crust British ways and wicked sense of humour.

Friends of Hurley's husband have been reported as saying the businessman had been left reeling by news.
Mr Nayar was said to be "furious" that she flirted with Warne while they were married - calling it a "betrayal" and an "embarrassment".

A family friend of the businessman said from Mumbai: "It is clear to us that Liz has not behaved in a manner fitting of a wife.

"In India we believe a woman should be properly divorced before embarking on another relationship. This is a betrayal and an embarrassment for Arun.

"His family are very proper and this makes him look like he has been cuckolded - which is very embarrassing for him indeed."

The flourishing relationship between Warne and Hurley began when they met at the Goodwood horse races in England in July.

The flirting culminated with reports the pair spent two nights together at an up-market London hotel last week.
